Work documents are confidential. The service is built so that there is nothing to store in the first place.
Press “Redact” and emails, phone numbers and links are replaced right in your browser, along with your company and product names from a list you provide. It does not happen automatically, and it is not all-powerful: names, addresses and contract numbers stay, so read the text before sending. The file itself never leaves your machine: .docx and .txt are parsed in the browser, and only the text in the field is sent, only when you press “Review”.
No accounts, no history, no database — there is simply nowhere for the text to be kept. The logs hold technical lines only: length in characters, document type, response time and token usage; the text itself is not there. The one place your text does travel to is the language model API, and under the provider's terms the data sent is not used for training.
The review runs on frontier models, with a prompt and a response schema built for this one job rather than for general chat.
